Jacob and James on a job together, working rather than facing the camera. Someone's hands on a fitting, the other one reaching for a tool. Candid beats staged every time here.

Our own work, in these suburbs.
Not one photograph on this site is bought, borrowed or stock. Every image is a job Reflex did somewhere between Rossmoyne and Cannington — and if we haven't photographed it yet, we leave the space empty rather than fill it with someone else's pipe.

Connected, leak-tested and certified by a licensed gas fitter — not a handyman.

The root ball or the collapsed section pulled out of a drain, on the grass beside the opening. The cause, photographed — this is the one customers remember.

Roots out of a sewer line
The cause, not just the clear. This is what was blocking the drain, on the grass.

Pipework before the wall goes on
The part nobody sees once it's finished, which is exactly why it's worth seeing.

A tidy work area at the end of a job — drop sheet down, tools packed, floor clean. Half of what people are actually nervous about is mess.

General plumbing →No stock photos. Not one.
Most plumbing websites in Perth use the same handful of purchased photographs — the same smiling stranger, the same suspiciously clean pipe, the same American-looking laundry. People notice more often than the industry thinks they do, and what they take from it is that the business had nothing real to show.
So this site only ever shows Reflex's own work. That means some spaces here are still waiting on a photograph, and they will look like spaces until they are filled. We think an honest gap is worth more than a convincing stranger.
